2. What data we collect

We collect data in two situations:

• Contact form — full name, e-mail address, company name, phone number, company type, project area and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond.
• Data collected automatically — with your consent we use Google services (including Google Analytics and Google Ads), which use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device, browser and how you use the site. This data is statistical in nature and is not used by us to directly identify you.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling contact form enquiries — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Statistics and marketing (Google services) — solely based on your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies

The site uses two categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Necessary — remembering your consent choice (the "agrospot-cookie-consent" key in browser storage). These do not require consent.
• Analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — activated only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies directly in your browser settings.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers we use to run the site: our hosting provider and Google Ireland Ltd. Within Google services, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA — such transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

• Contact form correspondence — for the time needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the limitation period of potential claims.
• Google Analytics statistics — according to the retention period configured in the service (maximum 14 months).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
• object to processing and to data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal),
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

8. Final provisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning you.
